About Me…

God has given humans a sense that there is more beyond what we see, both in the past and in the present. I discovered my passion for art while recovering from cancer. During this time, I drew closer to God, and He revealed aspects of myself that I wasn't aware of.

In my art, I strive to capture a longing for an unknown world—a safe place that embodies healing, acceptance, joy, and love. When I create, I enter a flow state where I enjoy the process and trust my artistic choices. Creating art makes me feel relaxed and present, where time seems to stand still.

My work consists of intricate mixed media collages that feature layering, combined with delicate yet dramatic hand painting and drawing. Additionally, I create one-of-a-kind keepsake memory books for my clients, using their old photos, jewelry, documents, buttons, and fabrics.

I have a passion for vintage fabrics, stamps, photos, and embellishments—timeworn treasures, all things tarnished, tattered, and pre-loved. For frames, I particularly enjoy using vintage mirrors.

I am a follower of Christ my favorite Bible verses are as follows;

“He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end." (Ecclesiastes 3:11)

“She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.” (Proverbs 31:25)

“And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.” (Ezekiel 36:26)
